The mother, the child and the alleged father should all be tested. Accurate testing is possible without the mother’s sample, but additional analysis is required. Results are still guraranteed to be over 99.99%.
Are blood samples needed?
No. We prefer to use cheek swabs since they are painless, easy to obtain and provide the same accuracy as blood.
How accurate are the tests?
If the DNA of the child and alleged father matches, the results are usually over 99.999%. If the DNA of the child and alleged father do not match, then the alleged father is 100% excluded as being the biological father.
What if the testing parties live in different locations?
We can arrange collection anywhere in the continental United States at no additional charge.
How long does it take to get results?
Once the samples arrive at our lab, we will have results for you within 2-3 business days. Official results are then mailed to the client.
Are the results admissible in court?
Yes. The results are notarized, legal documents that prove paternity or non-paternity and are submitted daily to courts nationwide.
Do the tests have to be paid for all at once?
